Is there one single employee who is willing to say he or she is happy with their job? And I mean fully happy with pay, benefits, job security...the whole enchilada. Anybody?

The lay off broke some chains for people stuck at bed bath. It forced them to to be abused and trapped cause they needed to pay bills. Now they get laid off and unemployment and they are free and should be looking for other work. The smart ones will. The stupid ones will sit around and complain about it
BBB has become more like a foreign sweat shop!!!!! Being laid off was absolutely the best thing that has happened to me in 3 years!!!!!!😎😎😎😎😎😎🤣🤣🤣🤣🤪
why do you care? if ppl aren't happy they aren't held hostage by BBB they can leave anytime just like BBB can let ppl go when they want AT WILL
If you aren't happy why stay? Some may be limited and have no choice but to stay but for the rest of you, why? 15 yrs why not just leave? I left after 20 yrs with the company. Why stay and be miserable knowing you are never gonna be happy. You are just adding to the negativity of the store and morale. I think most of you can't accept that the company is changing whether you like it not. It's moving while you stay at the same spot bitter.
No one at my store is happy, people are quitting en masse and the FTers who left are just waiting in the wings for their opportunity to quit. No one’s giving notice, they’re just leaving, and I’ve never seen it this bad in over 20 years of retail management. Morale is pretty much dead at this point, the customers ask when we’re closing, not if, but when, and we’ve run out of things to say. Not that they believe us when we say we’re not. But hey, we got a new RVP, that’ll make everything ok.
Ohhhh NO NO NOOOOOO! NOT HAPPY AT ALL !!!
Who out there thinks that BBB has a chance of surviving? Just curious on what ya'll think. When reading the press release
and stock releases it seems they think MT is the Einstein of retail. Am I missing something here?
It's not nearly as enjoyable as it used to. Been with the company for over 15 years. Waiting for the day to tell me I need to go part time
I enjoy my job
I am full time
However I am financially prepared for when they tell me my hours are no longer available and at that time I will quit.
I know a few other full timers in my store are just waiting as well. I still work hard. I have worked at bbb so long that it’s like family.
Then you guys need to find a better situation and leave on your own terms bc who knows what will happen next, I think the rest of you full timers will be next to become part time. Corp doesn't care they are squeezing the lemon dry for themsevles then it will be to late to save the company.
I can be the first to tell you that I'm not.
