Hurts my feelings that I was one of the early layoffs. So many others doing redundant work and complaining daily about it even. Never skipped a beat with my annual reviews, always exceeded expectations.

I miss the check, to helz with everyone and everything BKR.

I work average 45-50 hrs per week. With the remote work situation, I tend to stay in front of the computer more than when I was in the office.

Define proper ...

It’s been said that you can eliminate 66% of the workforce and life continues for many businesses. Most jobs aren’t really necessary. Ironically, automation and remote work seems to be gobbling up some otherwise critical roles in the field that were once thought to be immune to it.
