The thought of a higher-up arriving at another location just isn't having the desired effect anymore. So many people feared upper management showing up. Now there's the majority of people that refuse to give a shlt. The upper management is going to do whatever they want, when they want, and will show no remorse in doing so. No one cares anymore.
