I’m sure you’ve all received your BBB-branded masks by now. If you haven’t, you soon will. First thing I did when I got mine home was do the candle test. If you’re unfamiliar with that test, basically you test your mask by putting it on and trying to blow out a candle. If your mask is good, you’ll barely get the flame to flicker. The BBB masks.... oy vey. First puff of air, candle went out. This means that the company wants to make you wear a completely ineffective mask that will not protect you, your colleagues or your customers. Continue to wear your own masks, and vehemently refuse to wear these pieces of c**p.
And don’t even get me started on the cardboard-like elastic around the ears...

BBB spared every expense once again. It’s true that some states require employers to supply masks, but there are no laws saying that you have to wear substandard and defective PPE on the job. I for one will not wear their masks, the masks I already use have filter pockets and are effective. They can write me up for all I care, maybe that CNN reporter needs to get another call...
They are terrible. The part that goes around your ears are twisted and not even. If you get one side on the other falls off. And forget about it if you wear glasses. Not one person in my store could wear them today.
They stink, made so poorly that one half is way bigger than the other and they hang off your face, the material is awful and scratchy, and what ever the hell they made the loops out of tears your ears apart.
News flash – masks are required to be provided by the employer, but they were never mandated to be effective at keeping the virus at bay. NYS mandated Face coverings don't differentiate between an N-95 or a bandana. not certain about other states....
They changed it. If it does not fit wear the disposable ones.

if you are so worried about call the health dept especially if they aren't at least double layer fabric, single layer is the worst and NONE of them keep the virus from infecting ppl anyway cause the tiny particles can go through the mask because they are such small droplets
