What’s so good about that? They take away your full time benefits and vacation time and call you back with nothing. Real good news
I did come back PT ,as a DS..with extra $$ given.

Already a DS at 21, something is indeed f***ed up with this company considering those of us with, trust me on this my child, MANY years of experience – some pushing 20 years, or more – and that have been through the grinder more than you will ever imagine, who are a DS at best.
I was a department supervisor laid off and was offered a part time department supervisor position, That I had to take because I’m only 21 while I still look for a full time job somewhere else. They made an update to our severance agreement we only get to keep our package if we come back part time or go back into a management position.
Damned if I'd go back there.

If this is true, it’s probably because a lot of stores can’t run due to the lack of people!!! I heard some stores had to close to the public because there weren’t enough associates to run the business! Whoever was in charge of calculating the numbers needs a math refresher course!!!!!
