I heard that hundreds of people were involved in R3 selections. Any insider willing to tell some inside stories?
How did it go?
Was it a fair process?
How many people are left standing?
How many people EOI?
Any heartburn, sour taste, and a$$holes?

The process is not fair. Its about finding homes for those they want to keep, not who is best suited for a given job
About 5% EOI. 25% left standing.
First you need to step back and look at who you hang out with at work. If you rub shoulders with those making the decisions your golden.
If your a white male you have a 50/50 chance of being cut.
If your a minority or woman you have a 15%. chance of being let go.
It’s just how the world works now.
Good luck.
The process is fair, the outcome is not always fair!
There is always heartburn good luck to all, you will all know the outcome next week.
