we need to stand up! The law states if there was a severance package the day we went on furlough that would be the one we get. They Can Not change it the day before they lay us off.
Get the word out to everyone!

What's in the letter? Probably, papers to be signed....
We’re not having to sign anything just being sent letters at this time.
Too little too late.
Their employment is over. Not the time to push your union BS, let people come to terms with this.
Anyone has a copy of the old severance policy? If so, please post it.
