Now to jettison the albatross

That's some pretty pricy real estate they got saddled with in the SolidFire acquisition. Especially when you lay off a ton of people, and the rest are working from home.

Maybe they can get the old Airport Rd building back?

SAFe moved into the sweet newly re-modeled floor we were on. I liked Airport more, at least there was a little bit of wilderness and a lot less people around. Sure there wasn't restaurants nearby, but the occasional food truck was good.

I remember hearing all the SolidFire real estate was costing upwards of 5 million a year in leasing cost alone.

Don't forget that they have 2 or 3 places along Pearl St. The new place at 11th which is large and super fancy. The older 1600 location and I think they may still have the place across the street from 1600 as well. So lots of expensive real estate overhead costs. I do like the 11th street location, its nice.

Good luck being able to unload or sublease anything now. Everybody is working form home and stuff. I am sure the lease and sublease markets have completely cratered. They are stuck with them no matter what for the duration of the leases, empty or not.

The Pearl West facility in Boulder is the most expensive commercial real estate in Colorado.
