Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Wellbeing Assessment

Has anyone taken their wellbeing assessment? Also if you haven’t, is the $600 surcharge taken out in one lump sum?

Lol, just lol, did you miss the 10 emails they sent over the course of the entire year?

Don’t know if you’ve heard but there are layoffs coming too....you should probably check to see if you needed to do an assessment, because I’ve got some bad news if you missed that too

What a bunch of asshats. It happens. My first year I missed it and the answer is no, it’s separated out among 26 pay periods.

If you place a call to the people that administer the assessment, they will send you a lint to take it.

Deadline 9/1. I did it the first week it was available, reminded by numerous emails and mgt. I also got numerous reminders the last 2 weeks leading up to 9/1.

Not sure how you could have missed it over several months. I partially agree with comment on how uninformed some people are. Of course you could have just been hired on 8/28 but I'm sure there are policies in place to ensure a new hire isn't penalized

The above question alone tells me what type of people we are hiring these days. They don’t even do their own research and think everyone needs to spoon feed them the information. Hopefully, Allstate will weed these incompetent people out and so the rest who work hard stays.
