Thread regarding NetApp layoffs

Need proof that NetApp doesn't actually care about employees?

Think about this: we're in a pandemic, where numerous people have been laid off BECAUSE THEIR EMPLOYER WAS GOING UNDER & HAD NO CHOICE.
NetApp, however, CHOSE to make sweeping layoffs during this already difficult time. They didn't HAVE to.

Wonder how many employees who are left are looking to move in as soon as they can???

"It is not a reaction to COVID-19 nor does it signal a lack of confidence in our business"..

Well, I guess the only explanation left is they like ruining the lives of their now former employees just for fun. The NetApp culture has changed a lot over the last decade; for the worse.

It’s time to leave if you are still there. It’s not like your stock is doing a Tesla.
