While it's true about the bigger companies, it's also sad that we've come to allow this as the norm. Don't make your voice heard–even if it means moving on.

Unfortunately cronyism and politics exist in any company. It is amplified the bigger the company gets. Don't expect it is different at Dell, HPE, Pure, etc. It isn't. Management generally covers for management. And HR is there to protect the company, not you.
