Plan for the worst case, that your jobs will be cut. Last year’s cuts were not based on performance but rather the value of your job functions. Many top performers were let go while the dead wood performers, those favored by a Director and diversity candidates were retained. Those decisions made by Mary Barra reflect her incompetence as a leader that is not interested in creating a stronger pool of talent at GM.

They are going in the right direction and I couldn't be happier but I can't keep it up . I do not like saying it but GM is right to move any from the older "worker" .
