They should be decreasing the number of executives and replacing critical roles only with outside hires from mainline tech firms. IBM HR is a backward institution with backward ideas. Their pay and employment practices haven’t been market competitive in the past 10 years and the results speak for themselves.
Yeah, what a joke... and they are adding (creating) another SVP position for a guy to be the transformation and culture chief!!!! How are we paying for that? I guess my cost rate will go up again and my utilization is going to get higher??!?!?
