With so many ASM and Dept Sup being cut, and the other offer for a severance package. I'm told that there are stores hurting for KH to run the store. Anyone else hearing the same ??
I quess BBB didn't expect so many to take the severance package and moved on.

I dont know how anyone with any form of intelligence could assume we could live with such a massive pay cut. Of course we would leave. Those of us lucky enough to get 90 days before the cut just get a bit longer to look for a new job. In 90 days there is a good chance my store will have zero keyholders left, that's including the SM.
They believed that only 20% would take the severance. More like 80% did 😂 yet another poorly planned/executed rollout.

the word is TOO not TO
DM's solution for lack of key holders: give keys to part timers. (That makes a whole lot of sense) 🙄 fire your ft key holders and give them to part timers. 😂😂
When they decided to do this, they literally dug the grave for BBBY and shoved it down the hole. The decision makers responsible for its demise will come out with million dollar bonuses and stock payouts, leaving the rest of us behind.
Leave if you haven't already. You are just a sitting duck, and sooner rather than later, they will come back, shoot you, and eat you for dinner. They have no real, tangible plans for this company. Just recoup what money they lost and dump the rest.
There is no future with this company.
Only SM and a department sup left at my store. Others in the area can’t afford to help because their managers were cut/left. They didn’t take into account the people who would leave...huge mistake in their part.
DM'S reaching out as well. BBB never thought so many employees would take the money and run.
Yeah, we have other store Manager's calling for help of a key holder to borrow.
I can only tell you of my store, already an early disaster in the making. Nearly all FTs gone, PTs coming in, only a few management left excluding the SM. The grand Target plan won't work at BBB, trust me.
