Just wondering how those left after the carnage last week are coping? Our store is in shambles...after losing 2 of our Supervisors, we had another supervisor and full time associate give their notice...I just feel dead inside...no drive, just feel like at this point, I’m coming in to draw my paycheck and leave, and keep looking for another job. And that’s not who I am, I’ve never been that person...it’s really sad. Hoping to land a new opportunity soon!!

Complete shambles. We lost all key team members, the part-timers saw the carnage and are quitting faster than they can be replaced. Can't blame them, who'd want to stay on this sinking ship? Besides, they'll make more than a BBB supervisor shipping packages at the local Amazon distro center. The 2 FTers who are left are asking themselves why they made the cut, and why they couldn't have just been laid off with the others.
Yeah it feels like the morale of my store has gone to absolute zero and this holiday season will be an absolute drag to get through. An already understaffed store has effectively been stripped down further.
Let’s face facts....no more job satisfaction, all we are doing now is running around putting out fires instead of preventing them!! Morale is at an all time low and will continue. This isn’t negativity but reality!!! No more great customer service...there is no customer service!!! Again let’s cut payroll but still keep the antiquated systems and equipment! The list goes on.....!!!
I hope everyone left finds another job soon and gets off this sinking ship. Why would anyone stay after this?
Our store lost 2 good supervisors and 4 even better full timers. Moral s—s....the few full timers we have left think they will be forced to go part time or quit.
