So BBB demoted me to supervisor and cut my hours by 5 a week, yet cut my pay by over $300 a week! So they want me to do the same job every week in 5 less hours and for $16k less a year?! Way to go BBB for taking advantage of the struggling working class to benefit wealthy share holders during a pandemic crisis . This is the kind of sh– greedy business people have done for hundreds years to the workers of this country. Yet, BBB's illustrious CEO pockets $14 million a year! This is how perverted this countries wealthy have become! Greedy, rotten, heartless b–tards! I hate them all!!!

I so agree with the poster who is tired of the whining. Do you even understand that people cannot just be hired without education and similar experience. This can’t be accurate. $300 bucks means a $60 an hour overtime wage, which means you were making $40 an hour. That’s $115,000 base a year, which is absurd for an ASM. Sorry, but you were grossly overpaid, and still overpaid, as an ASM.
I heard took a $16,000 annual pay cut too. That should make you feel better.

I was ops asm 50 but went to asm 45. Did they not offer you severance or dept sup? And I have to agree. What the hell were you making. I lost like 6k a year for those 5 hours.
God I can't imagine what you were making before. Imagine how the people who were already supervisors feel. 16000 would be half my yearly wages. The wage gap for the two positions which are basically the same now is stupid. Glad you got pegged down.
