Anyone who is furloughed still or laid off check out the EEOC website to see if you qualify. For example, if you have been with company for years and over the age of 40 and have not been invited back but someone in that same role and is half the age has, you may qualify. If you are a minority and your non minority coworkers have been invited back but you have not, it's worth looking into. Know your rights.
