This is not a company owned site, the only one who can delete posts are the site moderators. I’ve been visiting it for years, used to work for Macy’s, so I check their forum board as well, much busier then ours.
They have a list of rules, they are the same for all forum boards here.Can look for the full list of rules in one of the link in the page footer, but it basically comes down to this:
Follow the usual netiquette and don’t post real names/peronal info and your post won’t get nuked (ok to name c-suits, not ok to name coworkers or supervisors).
They (mods) also don’t allow off-topics like discussing politics, religion or ethnicity, and usually nix troll posts and short/put b—s—.
I bet you janitor is still employed and probably got a big raise
Me to,I post how much CEO making ,and I was banned to.We need to make a page ,where we will post what we honestly think
The jannies mostly get upset if you touch on anthropological matters. I was banned for a week and have resolved to be more polite.
