Anyone already in the asm45 role that was affected by this?? I know the asm50 has been eliminated but haven’t heard any feedback on here regarding a layoff/severance/pay reduction for those who previously took the 45hr package when it was originally offered. My SM is saying we (asm45) aren’t affected and still hold the title and pay grade. Essentially no change to structure but seems a little fishy. I also haven’t received a call or email to verify and can’t get thru the MyHR. Any feedback appreciated!!

The only salaried position is the SM. For now!
If there are no more merch managers does that mean the only salaried managers are the ops and sm?
I thought ASM 45's were dropped to ASM 40. However, you're only affected if you're in an A-D volume store. If you're in an A+ you're not affected.
I was a 45 ASM, and I lost my job. I was the Merchandise Manager, that position has been eliminated.
If your SM did not have a formal conversation with you as an existing ASM45, than there is no change to you or your pay.
ASM 45 at my store was told he would still be at 45, but would a supervisor and get a pay cut. So same hours, exactly same job but a different title and less pay.
