I’m embarrassed that our CEO carried on the way he did on the call this week. He giggling and overall acting entitled. He absolutely doesn’t care about the employees, but things are far worse now than when Mike Roche left. Im sure Mike Roche is glad he isn’t apart of tearing peoples lives apart. The same changes may have come under Mike Roche, but he would have handled these layoffs with class/respect/dignity.

TW seemed to have a lot of fun taking his assessment, describing doing it and reviewing the results with a lighthearted tone to his voice. He talked about how he learned a lot about himself and his areas to work on. Seemed to indicate we would have the opportunity to do the same thing. But we've been told we will not get our results. Has that changed or is TW backing deeper down his hole of assinity?
Of course not, he has made an id–t of himself on the last 2 calls related to this mess, he’s very good at running businesses into the ground for his own profit but not so good at communicating to his legion of employees
