Anyone else who survived notice that the 15% from the original example isn’t on the final one presented?

And good luck trying to get someone from HR to explain it to you, impossible to get in touch with anyone. Called and emailed multiple times..took a full day to get an answer and with 48 hrs to decide, we dont have days.
Yup, the 2nd page of my document shows the formula. Not incorporated into my pay rate. Questioned it, was told that formula only applies to those on the "higher end" of the asm pay scale. So you take the lower rate, your current or the top rate in your store, whatever that pay scale is, plus 15%, whichever is lesser. Very confusing and very misleading because the paperwork does NOT read that way. And in my opinion, it should not be on the paperwork of those who did not qualify, with no disclaimer that you MAY NOT get the 15%.
