Anyone else seeing aditueds and down right rude, ignorant co workers, and Manager's .
I can't take it. Tried talking to our SM about my concerns, which was a total waste of time. Aren't you supposed to be our leader ? I Was told just to deal with it...its just a phase because of the terminations.
I'm so glad I'm off the next 2 days. They were looking for people to cover shifts from the loss of the separations. I'm always the one who they can realigh on . But had to say no. The store is becoming a non enjoyable, disaster.

Will all managers be hourly? The only salaried manager is the sm?
The ship is sinking. It won’t go quickly, but it will go. BBB is too late to adapt to the change in shopping habits. Over the past few years we have cut everything that differentiated us ( assortment, customer service, product knowledge, etc). There is no reason to come to us over the competition. Cuts and closings will continue until an eventual bankruptcy where the top execs will get a big bonus and the stores will liquidate.
I’m an ASM still waiting for “the call”. Very disturbing time to be going through for many reasons. Morale is understandably low...and will probably continue to be...
It’s taking too long to receive these calls...poor planning...
Those of us that are still here need to support each other and try to remain as positive and realistic as possible...everyone has been through so much this year already...

We had management who where taken down 5 hours a week, and Title change. Plus a few FT gone.The working as a team is over. The sides wont help each other's. Negative environment. So, I do agree with the original post.

Yes you are absolutely correct. It's bad , and I'm a ASM that was not separated. I believe it's only get worse as time goes by!
