I was told I would receive severance plus my vacation time, yet there was NO mention of it in the document!!!! Laid off two days ago. Was anyone else told this ????

All accrued PTO was keyed in at store level by end of day Tuesday, it will be on your final check
All FT associate’s will receive severance. It is based on your position and how long you worked for for the company. Vacation is what what is earned for 8 months and not used. You have to sign and return agreement coming Fed Ed (return envelop included) I just received my packet
I was unable to find my severance wages in the PDF document I was emailed as well. I was just full-time, but I’ve been following this thread and so far I haven’t read anything good about this package. One post said there were an extremely high amount of errors within the document, and another post said they received absolutely no help when they called HR about this. I would be really careful, as I no longer have any trust for this company. Good luck.
