Is it true that they are thinking about changing the Severance Pay in 2021? I heard they were but anyone RIF'd prior to 2021 will be grandfathered in. I am just trying to find out if this is true or if it's a rumor.

Has anyone really seen anything that says they will be reducing it???
I hope they do reduce it and get a class action lawsuit in response. A lot of unethical behavior has been white washed by offering severance in return for silence. Someone in the know should write a book.
I honestly dont know but without full severance as is now they will lose benefit of people signing paperwork they wont sue to get the severance package.
