in March I contacted UHC to see about getting some of my premium paid back due to not being able to use my coverage I pay for due to COVID.
UHC stated they would send a percentage up to 30% back by June. June came and went no money. Did a call to shared services. They opened a case and denied my request because they stated they offered virtual visits and mail scripts.
I said that I bologna and I want it reviewed again. So another case opened. I was then called again 20 days later still denying. Stating they are only returning preiums on COBRA
I was told to open a case w HR as I want a written letter stating why it is denied not verbal.
UHC stated that premiums were returned and i needed to speak to HR.
Anyone else getting the run around? Or tried getting your preiums back.
