For all you ASMs that weren't given a severance option. Only told your losing hours or you can quit. Like I was. Remember that your only being kept as a bench, for if a SM quits. That's the only purpose. And that if offered a store it could very well be one that will be closed. Being kept isnt always a blessing.

I’m not sure there is much training when it comes to the store managers. I’ve seen many sitting at their desks most of the day. A monkey could do it.
SM here–i was let go and sure the only reason the ops wasn't let go as well because I was let go. Hope they are having fun training new store manager with absolutely no experience of running a store.
Confirmed, yes it is accurate that ASM OPS We're kept because of SM leaving.
