Overhead and indirect are getting it

Haven’t heard anything about a percent cut, VPs have only said fat trimming and overhead are subject to what they called “slimming”

If your job involves a lot of overhead or indirect charging, be prepared.

That’s also not to say that military won’t have some “slimming” in some areas either. Bromberg confirmed this back in July. It’s very hard to say what they will do, I don’t believe very many people are safe, especially middle management and indirect charging.

Third quarter is when they generally like to conduct layoffs. They like to close out everything by the end of the year.
