What’s the difference if you got the call or not? Clearly none of you were listening to what anyone told you .
You only have 48 hours to accept the severance!
I never got the call. It’s been 2 days. Do I go to work tomorrow?
lol you are all gonna run to target too funny
They're not going to take the severance away. If you're an ASM, side assistant you will be affected,.
Your job has been eliminated, so you qualify. If you're in an A+ volume store, your pay will only be affected by the 5 hr. cut. You get the double whammy with them taking away from your hourly pay as well, if you're in an A volume or lower.
Just had my call or shall we call it a here’s your new pay structure talking to. I am an asm 50 being dropped down to a 45. According to corporate I still have my same job title I’m just going to make less money. I was not offered a severance. If your keeping the asm title but loosing hours you will not be offered severance. I have been with this company for 19 years and find this very chicken sh–. My job code has to change but apparently my position is still there.
Does anyone know if the weeks of severance are based on the 50hr work week? Is it full pay?
I really wish I could take the severance but I can't. My hope is that so many ASM's take the severance that they can't run the stores effectively.
Don't be in such a hurry for the call, it's all bad news.......the pay cut is CRIMINAL!! The severance is 1 week up to 16 weeks. based on your length of service.
Is the severance full pay? Anyone know? Is it a percentage?
Still waiting for my HR... the offered me 1 week of severance per year I’ve worked.. I’m taking it and going to target.. hopefully 🙏
I got the call. 190 less per paycheck. ASM to Dept Sup.
I haven’t got mine yet either. I was told I’d get a call today. I guess they ran out of time calling people yesterday. I wonder how many more people will leave/take severance than the pay cut. Next few years looks bad for bbb. I’ve worked here for 12 years. Don’t know what I’m gonna do yet.
No call here, as well .
If your offered the severance, take it. Who knows if they will offer it to us at a later time. Because we all know. It's a matter of Time.
