For everyone that doesn't need to go into the office there's no reason to not let them continue to work from home after covid-19.

Look into what real estate they are selling. The company is either going to lay-off the current WAH transplants or they are going to make the position permanent
Goldman is hiring another 2500 new financial techs. They are now saying WAH doesn't work. How would they train their new employees if they are all WAH. In customer service like FTR they also need interaction with their employees or fail fail. However frontier is pretty good at fail aren't they?
They cant do their jobs in the office, no chance it will be permanent. There is no good excuse to not be able to go into a building not accessible by the public and with the surplus of real estate FTR is sitting on they can easily spread out the workspace to distance workers 6 feet apart. Pathetic.
WAH goes against everything that mgmt stands for - threats and intimidation to keep the worker in line. Hard to do that without being face to face.
