Sue them and make their pockets hurt! They deserve it.

You can not sue for wrongful termination if you live in an “at will” State. You can sue for wage left theft. Illegal activity is not protected even if you sign off on. A d–g dealer can’t sue a customer for non payment even if customer agreed to pay for d–gs.

Firstly, you cant take the severance AND sue. You have to sign an agreement when you take the severance.
Secondly, bed bath and beyond is and “at will” employer. They can fire everyone tomorrow with no real legal repercussions just like you could quit tomorrow with no issues.

For those that did not sign on to settlement you will still be eligible. Something to look into. Those that did will be ineligible to pursue additional action.

So uhhhhhh, yeah that already happened and we already got our payouts. The retaliation was that we then had to work 50 hrs instead of 45 to make our same pay. So longer day with shorter break. But thanks for looking out.
