Correct our position were saved this time. We did get cut back to 45. We did not get the opportunity to receive any severance package because no Title down grade.
Speaking for myself, I would have taken the severance package and moved on. I have been with BBB for over 10 years, and it's bad.
They terminated all District Operation Manager's. The only district position that cared about making things right, and saving the company money.
Now we know fellow OPS why we were not targeted , even with lower tenure people.

Anyone get a call yet?
So what is the average ASM ops salary. Looks like I was underpaid compared to most and would not lose money. Actually should get a raise if the posted formula was applied to me.
Well I did the CIP Vdc Vdc 14 rtv receiving Bopis and PICKED and packed cds. My ops manager is not familiar with cip or the Vdc 14 process. Im pretty sure no one knows how to return soda stream with the label issue. I’m sure most damages will get tossed in view of new as is return policy. I was operations specialist

I was such but told I will be a Supervisor.
When I start getting calls from other stores about ops, because they let district ops go. I dont mean to be rude. But figure it out. No help here!
The ops at my store was told they'd get severance. He's planning on taking it and running.
Well that explains why I was told go to 45 hrs or quit. No severance. I would have taken severance an ran. I wont be here another 90 days so they can do what they want. Wont give a notice either when I leave. Maybe a day
No one needs to stay. There’s tons of jobs out there. Just gotta want it and embrace change.
I'm not working more hours starting today. Not waiting for the 90 day's. If they want me at 45, then 45 it is. Loosing $ yep, but I'll deal with it.
No staying to finish projects, if it dosent get done, then tomorrow will be another day.
Freight , oh well It can sit. It's being pushed out early so we don't have to deal with it after the hours cut.
Clocked out, and lines at the register...oh well bye deal with it.
Who really cares anymore?? Maybe the SM , they get bonuses. And I did talk to some other SM's and there putting together resume' s, they can't take it anymore.
No severance means I have to stay as well. Like everyone else left, more work less hours.
Let me add that I say my prayers thanking the Lord for my blessings daily. I have included all of you that were let go. My heart breaks for the changes ahead that we all will face.
Please don’t be angry at the few asm’s in your area that were spared. 2800 is a lot of people and the algorithm they used was unkind and clearly not able to evaluate true worth. Customers will sorely miss you!!
