The San Francisco store employees are getting Zero to 2 weeks severance for non-management positions, even for those with over 20 years of continuous service.
The most heartless part is that they are required to pay their deferred health insurance contributions out of this. Most owe more than their 2 week severance.
These employees have been furloughed since mid-march, with little communication from Neimans until the bungled layoff procedures

Yes, I’d like to know if severance packages have been affected by the bankruptcy also, I heard from a coworker that his severance pay was only 3 months. Is this true??
