To all the people that are/were recently laid off, sue BN. Do it fast so you can set a precedence for future generations. You deserve better than to be thrown away. There are tons of lawyers that will take your case, the more of you that sue BN, the better. You have nothing to lose!

With no pay offs or non-disclosure agreements, you'll be hearing a lot from irate ex-employees publicly now. B&N will be busy cleaning their Facebook pages regularly.

It's not so simple. B&N like all other big corporations hire top law firms which go over every evil plan they're about to unleash on their slaves/employees.

You need need a solid case for any good law firm to even consider taking your case.
