Calling people while they are on vacation to inform them they have just been laid off is pretty damn personal! BBB has zero people skills and this is yet another example in a long list over many years that shows they care nothing about their associates.
I understand that it's business, but you cannot tell me it's not personal. Its personal when they cut 2800 jobs, yet they don't even try to cut their own salaries to save the company money. Its personal when they LIE to everyone's face by saying they're trying to improve the customer's experience when all they're doing is lining their pockets with money. The more people they fire, the more they secure their jobs, until the cash stops flowing. And after that, they move onto the next company and do the same thing over and over. I'm looking at YOU, Mark! Execs are nothing but a bunch of greedy snakes 🐍
How can you tell me its not personal when it personally affects me, and 2800 other people? How is it not personal when I can't feed my kids, and the job market is the most competitive its ever been? Yes, its business. But it's also heartless. Especially in today's economy.
