17 and half years and now been sent packing. Worked in receiving, rtv , price changes and everything else in the store.
What was the severance package for anyone here? iam reading different numbers.

Well over 20 years with the company and I, like a lot of other people, are being bamboozled because we made our money when this company was growing exponentially. Remember when we used to open 100 stores/year? I'm OUT!!
1 week per year of service for me. Any vacation and PTO I have accrued will be paired out. ALSO I haven’t received this HR CALL I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET TODAY... .. I did receive a email however.

yep same here RTV CIP Bopis Queen VDC reports bridal consultant and the only associate who was not front end that knew how to do returns. It was harder on my store manager than it was on me. I was very fortunate to have a SM and ASM who appreciated what I did
