NetApp is the most duplicitous culture ever. Kurian'a crocodile tears are are just an act. There was a time when Tom Mendoza crowed constantly about NetApp culture. His and Kurians legacy is a cesspool of dysfunction and greed.

If you ever met Mendoza and really talked to him and didn’t think he was a jerk then you drank too much koolaid. Mendoza lead NetApp when it was climbing and Storage Tech was emerging Kurian took over on the decline.
He’s phony. Empowers “Politics” in the office and favoritism. We always follow other companies and definitely not cutting edge under his leadership or lack of. A lot of bad decisions under his watch...to include the people he hired or allowed to be promoted.
