If Engels does get any plants, its not necessarily for long. That tool is setting up borden as individual llc's meaning all his plants are individual companies. Easier to close or sell individually.

No buyer probably will mean DOJ will require DFA to set up DePere and Chemung as their own independent companies that with management that doesn't report to DFA.
If that happens DFA will probably set it up on paper to look like they're complying but really won't.
