That is because All State is going through the process of assessment for employees to proceed with restructuring/layoffs. You should see the post here back in Feb 2018 to QTD date 7/31/2018 of State Farm announcement layoffs. Theere were alot of activities here. I'm sure this forum will get busy again until next round of SF restructuring.

Been noting for quite some time that this is not just a State Farm thing. It’s an industry thing. Probably a whole new world thing.
