10gph...What has been delivered? Anyone can act like they do speed and innovation.
We continue to drive innovative practices and products. Our innovation team is role modelling speed and product management.

What innovation? Sending too many emails and wasting time in meetings.

We brought in leadership from outside that will fix the problem (hopefully before they go elsewhere).
Innovate. Ha ha.. our systems go down more than p–n star working overtime. It take 14 clicks to do something in Ecrm that took 3 before. policycenter is worse. We have seven systems to navigate whereas in 2913 they visioned ONE integrated platform. How’s that one going?
