Can anyone confirm no more ops supervisors?
We have no dept supervisors, 2 ASMs including ops manager, and only 3 full timers including the receiver and customer service.
No more ops sups. And full-time retail associates that aren't mangers. Letting 3 go from my store tomorrow and thats about the average in the district.
To Fresh Start Seeker: your skills can transfer to another environment..retail or otherwise. Start searching the job boards to see what is out there in your area. IDK how long you have been with BBB but longevity is a definite plus.
So those talking about a fresh start....where? Where dod you go? I've worked here for a long time and get paid pretty darn good. Where have you gone that pays well when all you have is retail management experience?
We used to hav ea saying at our store when people left he place: "Did you ever see anyone come back here, take a look around, and NOT smile because they left?"
There is definitely a better life after this place. Trust me. Worked for this co for over 25 yrs and this was the thanks I get . I get laid off. Much happier working some where
