Heard R3 in DS&C has 270 jobs for 600+ candidates. I’m in R4 and hope there aren’t any nasty surprises in position counts.

Funny thing about ROMs is that you never know you’re in a targeted PSG or geography...then one day the org chart is posted and it’s like ‘Oh sh!t!’. That was round 3.
Never understood why we need high PSG people. In downstream. Just run the plan. Unless you are changing streams or making a new plant. Just rinse and repeat.
