Dillard’s in Raleigh is hiring in Women’s department starting at $15 & Up for full time, rotation of weekends off, full benefits, and Vacation and holiday pay. Most of the things Belk is trying to get rid of.

I’ve worked for both Belk and Dillard’s, they both have good and bad points like any other job
Working for Belk you learn well to be ruthless
If you want to make sales and were hoping for a raise. That is along with credit, email capture, and the other list of things you have to push.
I worked at both and Dillard's is a way more stable company.
Dillard’s is not as bad as Belk if you can make sales otherwise they cut pay to $10 an hour
I have worked at Dillard's before and was glad I got out. Unless you are ruthless in getting your sales, Dillard's is not the place for you.
Buying time. No thanks.
