Out of 12 direct reports:
9 white males
2 white females (one of them is an admin asst)
1 black female (Human Resources, of course)
Will there be an article bragging about this diversity coming out soon?

I was shocked that the CFO wasn’t replaced with a woman, and I’m not surprised by one of the old CFO‘S direct reports leaving after she was passed up for the job.
It’s not quotas. It’s goals and timetables. Totally different. 😀
Soooo glad I’m no longer with this company. I enjoyed the 29 years I had working there in the good years. I left with great memories and am blessed to not have left with all the tarnish it now has.
It's all about appearances and lip service. BLM, green initiatives, diversity quotas. No wonder most people are jaded or suspicious.
