Isn't it obvious? They received $ from the COVID-19 Stimulus. In doing so they are not allowed to have mass-layoffs till October 1st. This is typical of other industries like the airlines.
What about the workvisa holders here ? They are being protected

Not that upper level .. The senior managers are getting bonus ( unless you consider them as upper level 😀) there is no pay cut , no Furlough , Job security . The whole oil n gas is doing so bad and taking measures . But this company is going so strong . This is the company to work with !
You had to be upper level to get a bonus. Lay-off are still happening at a steady clip.
It is a good company if you see , the whole oil n gas is doing furlough n cut off .. but this company got out of bankruptcy and not only that , it gives good bonus to the company !
