Ive worked in the full line Nordstrom stores down to the Racks and Ive never seen so much discrimination in my life especially from the managers and are encouraged by their regionals. My last store manager is very verbally abusive but its ok because hes a white and they can get away with things like this. Thats Nordstrom. Im glad i was offered severance pay and another chance to start over somewhere else, this company is going downhill and it starts by the way they are supporting abusive managers!

In talent review, I swear if your name is not easy to pronounce, we glossed over and moved to easier names to discuss and promote. I WAS there, tried to change but HR suggested “speak when it’s your turn”.
I was laughed at and joked about because im bilingual I can understand where your coming from.
Whole D&I initiative was complete BS.
