Many Accenture wipro Infosys folks at end of 6 years h1b will join Cognizant for the sake of green card .Cognizant will shamelessly hire them with six digit salary and will lay off senior Cognizant employees .

so maximum stay on h1b with one company is 6 years? what if i don't get a job with a new company after 6 yrs, do i get booted out of the US?
Yes, they do that, you were not supposed to stay for too long with Cognizant too.
