These corporate jack offs have totally m—acred and went against every aspect of CI and Leadership Principles with this entire sh!tshow. Therefore if I make it through this p!ss poor corporate Survivor nonsense I will no longer be partaking in CI and RCPS and will no longer be acknowledging Leadership Principles including no longer participating in and involving myself in PDS. If it takes inconsistent to get considered for being laid off and receiving severance for my almost 2 decades of service then inconsistent you shall have. If you get to play scorched earth with this company then so can I with my career with Allstate.

If I survive the cut and I am sure I will (my past two years performance reviews were positive and so was my most recent 1/4 one) I am doing the bear min as well. I am already see the morale slip in my office (coworkers refuse to help customers or vendors when the press 0 to talk to someone else, no one wants to volunteer to stay late, etc) so I agree.. no more staying late to get work done. No more going the extra mile to help customers. I will come at my designated time do what my assigned duties and no more. Hell, I have had non policy holders switch to Allstate because they were happy with my customer service but nope. I agree no 50-60 hour weeks and doing other people's jobs for them to take care of customers.
Leadership principles aren’t actually about leadership. Just a way to add purely subjective metrics to side step real performance allowing “leaders” to pick and choose who they will reward and who they will screw over. A sham. Very corrupt.
Leadership principles has just been the way that leaders get to pick favorites. If you make a huge impact but change the status quo, you make enemies. Those enemies ensure your “behaviors” are negatively impacted and your final rating is expected even though your business outcomes are better than expected.
If I survive this I’m doing the absolute minimum to keep my job and that’s it, no more 50-60 hours weeks to get things done and get good numbers, no more going the extra mile to make sure customers are taken care of. I’ve been here over 10 years and this company always wants “more more more” while treating its employees like absolute garbage, even beyond normal corporate America standards
If I make the cut I’m no longer putting in any kiss butt branding, nor will I make excuses for this company being slow and unorganized due to understaffing. I will not work beyond 40 hours a week. Treat us like garbage and pay us on the bottom end we will do the bare minimum.
Wilson drinks the CI koolaid but Shapiro sees it as an inconvenience that pre-dates him. During a dinner he called RCPS not productive and also said the majority of huddles are a waste of time.
People post stuff like this and get upset when Allstate downsizes them.
