Another rumor. Come on we can do better than spreading more panic and anxiety .

They know who they would like to keep the assessment + 2 years of evaluation + tenure will let them know if they can keep who they want, they have to be able to back up their decisions with the data if they get sued.

Not all the leaders have been told. You really should get all the facts before spreading that.

The assessment is just a legal prop. TPTB have known exactly what areas and who to cut and who to keep long before the first assessment even went out, The assessment is just a piece for the company prove that "equal opportunity" was done for this process. It is all garbage. They aren't even looking at them.

You say they know how many need to go on a team, but do they know specifically who those team members are at this point? Or is the assessment still being used to make final decisions? We've been told the supposed weight the assessment is being given for evaluations, but others feel its just a farce.

They know. They’ve been told to keep it under wraps until after the tests are done and evaluated.

Our leaders claim they've been told nothing. Yet the email for claims said leaders would know by last Friday. Someone isn't telling the truth.
