I cant share the site. It is a significant overture of a divestment strategy that likely indicates a significant people reduction here.

It looks like Boxborough 1 was sold off and most of that building is still available for lease. I could see them shutdown the remaining buildings on the other side of the highway but on the demand side what kind of entity would buy that complex?
Doubt it's RTP. The energy cost difference between SJ and RTP labs is massive. It's really hard to get lab space in SJ, but in RTP they have space that is unallocated. NC is better for costs.
I don't see how they can justify keeping Lawrenceville. IMO they should kick the other two occupants to the curb and donate the land to greenspace. It would be the best use of it since Dennis Hayes sold it to Scientific Atlanta.

Leaving a campus takes years of planning which has been happening with the bxb site.
isn't this old news? https://www.mercurynews.com/2019/12/04/mega-deal-google-buys-cisco-buildings-north-san-jose-gains-option-tech/
Difficult to agree or share this without a proper source...

boxboro campus is being sold
I think we lease most campus buildings, which campus to we actually OWN?
When we have reached 100% renewals, no one will be needed. The company will run itself for our dividends and shareholders.
Yes, but the only people buying buildings right now are going to be offering rock bottom prices.
Every year around this time rumor mongers post about campuses being closed, huge reduction in work force, early retirement, get out now, bla bla bla. Just search this page, it comes up every summer. If you don't have proof then go write fiction someplace else.
Even with saying what is above, it would make sense for a few buildings to be sold as they are predicting only about 60% of the workforce will go back into the office but not an entire large campus.
If BXB, long overdue.
RTP is the campus getting shuttered.
Is anybody left in Lawrenceville?
Which campus?
TL;DR version: OP said "I cant (sic) share the site."
If I had to guess, it's probably Boxbourough (BXB). They've been moving stuff out of that site for a long time now and closing the data centers there. They've even discontinued the VPN access to that site as an alternative to the main US sites.
I just don't think that there's that many people left in BXB to be honest. Not enough to need a campus for given that we're all working from home now. Make them all remote/mobile workers and sell off the campus and save on real estate costs, utilities, etc.
Which campus?
I heard Cisco is planning on buying robots to replace everyone.
