Why not wait for the next schedule to go to 11-7. The employees have planned child care, other jobs, care givers to parents etc. this is a lack for of respect for the people who are actually working your stores. They have stepped in and become whatever has been asked of them. Then to give no hours to cover the extra hours! Who’s supposed to fill in the MANGER please. Maybe some but ours is out the door by4:30 no later than 5.

Stressed to the max is what’s going on at your Store.Managers here work like slaves too around the clock since they have no extra help with On line Orders or Bopus. Employees are frustrated and now they want to cut full time hours even more .
